UCSO Meeting Guidelines

  • At least one officer from each organization must attend the September Policies and Procedures event in order to receive funding for the year. New organizations that form after September attend the January Policies and Procedures meeting.
  • Each advisor MUST attend one of the advisor meetings and not the Policies and Procedures meeting in order for their organization to receive funding. If you are unable to attend any of these meetings, please contact Student Activities.
  • Organizations may only miss TWO meetings before funding and recognition are lost.
  • At least two officers must be signed up for the UCSO listserv. To subscribe: ucso-request@listserv.tamucc.edu and type subscribe in the subject line.
